Shipping Policy

1)  Shipping Methods and Carriers: We partner with reputable shipping carriers to deliver your perfumes safely and promptly. The available shipping methods, carriers, and associated costs will be displayed at checkout for you to choose from.

2)  Order Processing Time: Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we strive to process and package your perfumes within 3 business days. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, there may be a slight delay in processing time.

3)  Tracking and Notifications: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email or through your customer account. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your package and receive real-time updates on its delivery status.

4)  Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated based on factors such as the weight, dimensions, and destination of your package. The applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

1) Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges: We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible, the perfume must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used perfume bottles.

2)  Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and ensuring that the package is securely packed to prevent any damage during transit.

3)  Damaged or Defective Perfumes: In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective perfume, please notify us immediately. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect. We will then arrange for a replacement or offer a refund/store credit, depending on your preference.

4)  Refunds and Store Credits: Once we receive the returned perfume and verify its condition, we will process the refund or issue a store credit, depending on your preference. Refunds are typically credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase, and store credits can be used towards future orders.
